1. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
2. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Zelle, and bank transfers. During the booking process, our team will provide you with the available payment options and guide you through the payment process.
3. Prices are displayed in United States Dollars currency and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise specified. If you wish to make the payment in local currency $COP, please ask us for the representative market rate or conversion factor.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our direct Whatsapp channel

Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation made [5] days or more prior to the scheduled activity: [100]% refund.
• Cancellation made [2] to [3] days prior to the scheduled activity: [80]% refund.
• Cancellation made within [1] days of the scheduled activity or no-show: No refund.

Cancelations for Property Rentals in Cartagena:

Some activities or services may have non-refundable components, due to initial payments to suppliers, insurances, banking fees or internal costs.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
